The Beat!

hey sea monkeys let's speak music. I first heard about this girl when I was reading the Febuary issue of Teen Vogue, and i have to say that my musical appetite was satisfied. Her style id rare and fresh, and the lyrics are amazing. I'm talking about Nicole Atkins. The New Jersey native release her new album soon showing more happy and up beat singles. Here are some I heard and liked:

• Neptune City- it sorta reminds me of old movies where the mom sings to the daughter and makes her feel all better again( sorta like Marry Poppins)
• Maybe tonight- This one on the other hand is more up beat and has a fresh sound! she has an amazing voice its extremely powerful
• Bleeding Diamonds- is much more soft and almost sounds acoustic. i swear her style is so unique
• Dream a little Dream- she totally hax the voice to pull of old songs loke this one.

Another star in the rise is teen pop sensation Jesse McCartney. i have to admit i was never a huge fan of him.....he was alright. But little did i know that he made a comeback............and a GOOD ONE1with his new single Have It All. I recommend it for Sean Kingston followers

Short and to the point

Okay sea monkey listen. Hot trend denim! Wether its shorts jackets jeans button ups what ever its totally in. Its makes a bigger statement if you pair denim with denim. It gives you a hippie- boho style wich in my opinion is totally trendy:) NOW don't you even think this idea can work with leather! NEVER don't even think about it it will make you look like a STRIPPER! anyways long socks paired with oxford flats totaly in also it gives you a preppy but edgy look.so now let's speak colors. its okay to mix match colors.......... you just have to be smart about it. for example you can pair too mix mached colors that are solid and pair them with a print in a different color so it can make a contrast. c'mon take a chance ust remember one dark color with one bright color and a print.

Day 1 of the challenge or shall i say TRANSFORMATION!

YES. today starts the transformation for a new life style i guess? so the outfit of the day was pretty simple and laid back but still chic. started off with long black wavy/messy hair paired with relaxed make up( not a big fan of make-up i got to say........i guess that's going to change) then i wore boyfriend jeans with a plain pink v-neck t-shirt(loose fit....extremely trendy pretty much enhances the bodies shape but not to the point where it looks raggedy) on top a tan blazer finished up with black flats. hey it was a late start day i had a right to be comfy. I'll start posting videos and pictures though my goal is to be anonymous.........ill figure something out!NOW LETS GET TO THE POINT---THE WEST COST. As a Californian I'd like to inform you that here in the west coast we are more relaxed if you can say about fashion. Our bohemian style is about dressing on our attitude rather than dressing upon trends. here in California we believe we look amazing in undone hair and make up and come on its true.: we live by the beach! Its that feeling you get when your at the beach and have wavy hair and sun kissed skin and you hear the little voice in your head " YOU LOOK HOT!" NEXT! The must have items of the season? PLATFORM SANDALS. they are all over the run ways like Prada,Michael kors, and Stella McCartney. just keep that in mind.

fashion 15 ?

so as you can see today i officially started my first blog literally. so why call it fashion 15 well i love fashion but tend not to be the fashion so that's what this blog is about so we can learn together( and the 15........... well i tend to put that in the end of everything sorry). now I'm not saying that i am a fashion disaster because I'm not i just have a low budget and little time. But i have an amazing eye for fashion trust me. with time you WILL have proof of this! so the goal is to provide you with my sense of Californian fashion and on the way give myself a transformation. since I've been blending in the background for a while now( well since freshman year...and now I'm a junior in high school).NOW hold the phone! by transformation i mean style hair make up attitude music lifestyle and a new body:) Well i hope you trust just like i trust you!
